Service Leadership and Volunteerism: The Power of WE
For more information and to schedule a presentation for your service club, not-for profit organization or volunteer group, contact Elizabeth Usovicz, Principal, Whitespace Consulting. Topics can be tailored upon request.
Most of us know this from experience – and often from trial and error: working with volunteers is very different from working with employees. These differences are real, often painful for volunteers and organizations and sometimes not discussed. But we notice the differences when what works at work doesn’t work in our service or volunteer activities.
Below are selected topics that I share, as a speaker or trainer, on service leadership and volunteerism. I welcome you to contact me to schedule a program or training session, or request a related topic.
